Honduras will be aware that anything a victory against Trinidad and Tobago and potentially end of the qualification hopes to the World Cup 2018.

Even this victory came at the hands of minnows Dominican Republic. As a result, Honduras are overwhelming favourites to secure victory, but they need to convert this dominance off the field into performance on the field as well.

The manager needs to put more of such amazing results in order to witness Honduras progress to the next round of qualification. After the end of the Trinidad and Tobago match, focus on beyond the Copa Centroamericana, which will begin in January. Nicaragua, Belize, and Panama are the opponents for Honduras in this competition. World Cup qualification games do not begin until March when Honduras travels to the United States.
